Fisherman Mortgage Services LLC (NMLS #2398246) is licensed to originate mortgages in Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, Alabama and Michigan, and I hold my individual loan originator license in each of those states as well (Ian Anderson, NMLS #1849097). A mortgage is licensed by the state the property sits in — so if your home is in any of these 5 states, I can do your loan.
One thing worth knowing: there's no automatic "reciprocity" between states. Each state issues its own license, and I've gone through that process in all 5. For you, the practical upside is continuity — if a move, second home, or investment property crosses one of these state lines, you keep one advisor who already knows your income, goals, and timing instead of starting over with a stranger.

Licensed · GAWhether you're relocating to Georgia, buying a second home, or adding a rental to your portfolio, I can handle the financing. The full process — application, documents, e-signing, and closing coordination — runs online, so you never need to set foot in Florida to work with me.
Wisconsin
Licensed · WII'm licensed to originate mortgages on Wisconsin properties, so a move north or a cabin purchase doesn't mean starting over with a new lender. We review the programs and details that apply to your specific property and put together financing that fits.
Alabama
