Very disappointed! Seem to be nice people especially his processor. Stacy was amazing. But he had all of the tax documents and everything he needed two months before I even bought the house. I had to resend the same documents at least two or three times and the only thing that they requested was five items that just needed to be updated new statements. Which they had in less than 20 minutes. The loan should've closed in seven days and there was absolutely no sense of urgency at all on closing the loan . The contract was written to close owner before February 11 even though they had everything by January 27. I was on a huge time in crunch and I kept asking what he was taking so long but this broker uses big lenders and has no control over them. His lack of ability to close the loan in time cost me $600 in housing because I flew down to Florida stay in the house but couldn't and had to pay for housing. He also used a lender that required as a wet signature, which cost extra time, in this day and age not being able to use Digital signatures is unheard of.. I requested that he pay $600 in Housing that he cost me but he has ignored me ever since.. Did they close the loan? Yes, but if you are looking for a fast closing, definitely do not use fisherman mortgage services.
